I first felt ill 3 days ago. I kept feeling very dizzy, hot flushes & upper arms & thighs aching & when i walked my legs felt like jelly. Felt fine next day. Yesterday was feeling very dizzy, today am quite snotty, headaches, hard palate a bit tender & then getting stomach cramps & gasric upset. Have had flu jab.

sounds like the flu. aches in body and legs def. get a swab done to confirm its flu. they do have tamiflu to shorten the symptoms. there is a strain of flu a that is most popular now and of course they focused the jab this year on b because it was so deadly this year. sorry this will probably be the most sick you ever have been. treat the symptoms and drink tons of fluid to stay hydrated. watch the mucas doesn't linger in chest. good luck

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I wondered if I had flu. I've never used antiviral meds before, do they work?

How is your condition now? What did you do against this? Do you get this often?
