Liquid Vit-B complex seems to really be helpful and you can pick it up pretty cheap these days at Wal-Mart.I think it's around 5 dollars.But you have to be careful, because not only will it help as far as giving you more energy, it really increases a person's appetite and causes food to taste a lot better.God bless.

I just joined this site to ask this same question as I've been smoking meth for 10 yrs and I'm done after today. Quitting alone warrants pulling out all the stops. I will purchase the liquid b vitamins. Anyone else have recommendations? Ty and Best of luck Carrie.
