Whats the point anymore

yo guys! knowing your not alone is something that supports you through out your dark times.  i got out of the hospital 2 days ago; i went there the 28sept-4 oct got a little break and then went back iin 9 oct-28 oct. Im so tired of everything. im just done. ive been taking my meds its just not working talking to my mum is hard "understanding" is something we need to learn, but mum only cut once and it wasnt deep. Ive cut my legs, wrist they are covered in scars. I dont think theres regular skin left -^-

can anyone help me T^T. but im fine cuz i have to be ( -_-)

 Srry but i need some help plz.

    hi yona,

    you are not alone here and you will find many people with even worse conditions. first of all you didn't mention what are you suffering from. i can only guess depression but not sure about the severity. second talking to mom , siblings or friends will not be of any help as they are not professionally trained counselor/ psychologists. they can be judgemental about you or the way you feel and even if they try to help you they can not. they can only help you if your psychologist or therapist needs them and take them into confidence and teach them how to deal with your condition. medication can help upto an extent but you have to stand up for yourself and dont lose hope. if you can afford go out somewhere for some time, take ur medication and try to involve in activities that makes you happy. meet with people, socialise and go out. get up early and try to keep yourself busy. best of luck

    Yona for the scars I can tell u vitamin e and what do u mean ur mum only cut once and it was not deep did she hurt u please hang in there I will pray for u right noe

    Hi Yona,  ugh I am sorry what you are going through. Yes, you are NOT alone. We are here for you and we understand. I am in my thirties and had my first urge to cut a couple months ago. I fought off the urge and it passed.

    But I understand it.  Do you have circumstances in your life that we can talk about here that are getting you down or depressed anyway?

    awwww im so sorry to here your feeling this way,its time you tryed a different angle to fight this illness,instead of running away from how your feeling or masking it by cutting yourself why not try taking it on the chin and saying up yours,maybe when your feeling horrible and down you tell yourself AND WHAT is this all you got,you will know by now that your not going to die because of the way you feel so nows the time to fight back,write a list of stuff you want to do the next day and do them no matter how your feeling ,eventualy when your body realises that it cant annoy you any more it wiull give up trying,you have nothing to loose,STAY STRONG AND KEEP FIGHTING THE FIGHT

    Call the NHS HELPLINE on tel111, and tell them your concerns. They will talk to you and hopefully help
