HI TINA....its not so weird..but the  TENS machine ...it was $250.00 ! its use often in pysiotherapy but i didn't like the  electric buzz and it didn't do anything !

thats a lot for a tens machine , iv had one that cost me £90 i agree with you i didnt like the elcetric buzz and didnt find  it did anything .

beware of thiese disability companys, i got  a cold call last year that promised a mircle massage pad , that in time could lead to less pain and more flexabilty , it cost me a £1000 pounds on terms now i am worrying about keeping up payments ,my bennifit runs out next july and with all this bennifit up heavel dont no if i will get it again

,just felt pressured. the pad helps if your stiff  but its no way worth a £1000 .

they just know people like us are desperate .

Lyrics works very good on my fibro when it flares up. But the best thing I have done for myself recently is go to an upper cervical chiropractor to get to one of the possible causes of the flare ups I have been experiencing.

Did you know that since fibro is an autoimmune disease it can be caused from celiac? After I gave up gluten, my fibro pain disappeared for years.

yes i did know that i tried a gluten free diet but it made matters worse for me. we are all differant i suppose , i am glad you have found something that helps. iv improved pain wise with an natrual oil iv found, and my ibs and heartburn and dizzy spells have improved with the help of homepathic remedies , the fatigue is the worse for me at the moment..

i had an excellant Mctimmoney chiropracter  afew years ago it made so much differant less pain, better balance, amazing but he retired and i cant find any one as good.
