there are bumps in my vagina. they're finger-like projections. idk what they are 😦 please help!

It looks like VP....vestibular papillomatosis. Lots of women get these but as long as you are not suffering from itching or soreness or pain then just ignore them Dont try rubbing them away...it will make them worse. If you are really bothered then they can be surgically removed.
