Whats wrong with me?

I have no idea what's going on with me, for the past couple months I've been dizzy, anxious, panicky. I feel disoriented, and depersonalizd derealization feelings. I'm actually scared. I felt decent for the past couple of days with night time and mornings feeling like I'm not awake kind of in a dream state. Now a little bit ago I had the same feelings but with a panic attack deal going on. I started to panic a little bit, I started getting depressed and numb. I couldn't think straight, I was getting dizzy, my stomach hurt I just all in all did not feel right at all. I also had been diagnosed with Labyrinthitis but it's been a while. Shouldn't it be gone by now? I have ativan but I don't know if its going to make me feel worse or better... The doctor also gave me lexapro which I'm TERRIFIED to try... What should I do? what's wrong with me ?!

I've had the exact same thing, dream like state is horrible, I have it permanently, starting to get so depressed because of it I just want it to go away. I've been like it for about 7-8 months now and I've just started citalopram cos I can't keep going like this, and no one seems to understand! Like how can you explain to someone oh I feel like I'm in a dream!!!!!!

Did you have Botox injection prior to your symptoms ... or Tetanus?
