when am i full i dont know

I had gastric bypass a week ago today, i can never tell when am full i worry my portions on pureed foods r too big yet im not like too full im not hungry after ive finished but i never know wen i shud stop cos i dont get a full feeling really, plus how often should i eat a day? Plus can i drink hot chocolate as much as i want?

    hi love u would soon know if u have eaten too much , i have been told 4-6 meals a day , 1-2 tablespoons too start but no more than 4 , all with some protein source , dont know about hot choclate x

      Thank u rhonda, i read half a cup to 1 cup is the serving size so i been stickin to that today, ive noticed after half a cup of hot chocolate tho its makin me feel sick for a while after but i havent had no pain caused by overeating or anything so must b doin summat rite, my stomach stil slightly swollen stil tho xx

    Try and keep its small - but often if you still feel hungry.  Not sure with the bypass as I have the band but I know they said not to drink for 2 mins after meal as that will wash the food away too quickly. if its a milky hot chocolate i would think that wont be too bad as at least your getting milk into your system which is a good source of calcium. remember to sip and not take large gulps x

      Yeah i been usin a cup as a guide around half a cup, i tend to make a milky hot chocolate just on evenin plus it fills me up too smile thank u for ur help
