When do I start countdown for 6 to 8 weeks

When do I start countdown for 6 to 8 weeks?  If I originally started at 12.5 mg say about two months ago and currently I’m on 50 mg for 21 days and this takes 6 to 8 weeks to work if it’s going to work do I count down from the first pill I took at 12.5 mg I do I start at 50 mg?

    Im not sure what the exact response is but I think its from the start and after each increase maybe a little less because its already in our system!????

    But thats my guess!

    I would like to know also...

    I would say start your 6 to 8 week from the day you started your 50mg as this is the therapeutic dose and the weaker dose was just to get it in your system.

      So I’m increasing 12.5 mgs every week or two to get to 75,  so should I wait 6 to 8 weeks with each dose increase?
