When do internal stitches dissolve?

Hello! I had my TAH on May 9 (uterus, cervix, and one ovary removed) and I felt great around 2 months. I started exercising and for about 3 weeks, no problems. Then, I started having pains in my abdomen, in places where I was guessing there might be stitches. Mostly, I would feel them after having bent over numerous times, while gardening and cleaning and such. I have had no bleeding, but wondering if it's possible that my stitches could be dissolving? I have no doctor's appointments  scheduled, so I thought I'd ask on here first.

    Hi im 5 mnth post op and just started having like dull ach stitch kind of feeling on left side below my ribs

    I get these knitting like pains when I overdo things. I have been told it is your body talking to you telling you to stop it and go rest a while mind you I am only 7 week post op but they do say it can take 6/ 12 months to fully heal
