When do the symptoms start to subside?

I have only been taking methotrexate for the past month and I take in on Sundays. For the rest of the day and Monday/Tuesday, I hurt all over and have an annoying cough. Will these symptoms subside or get better? I did wake up this morning feeling much better, but could barely make it through the day yesterday.

What dose were you on Kim? No thinning hair - i am taking Biotin twice a day and as of yet, not issues there or with mouth ulcers. A few issues with an upset stomach, but not too bad. I generally feel like i'm on the front end of getting the flu, but it never gets full blown. Does this make sense? Did any of the symptoms go away during your time with the meds?

I meant to add that I was recently diagnosed with RA. I have Crohns Disease and Osteoarthritis in most of my joints/spine...this was not the trifecta that I was hoping to hit!
