hi paul the only difference I have noticed when not taking my propranalol is that I feel the more physical side of anxiety. I am only on 10mg and dont take them every day so you should be ok stopping them but remember it's not you getting worse when stopping them it's just feeling the anxiety more.
I'm a little bit behind you just coming up to 4 weeks I'll send u a message somone sent me that might help x

hi there thank you for your reply and private message....the days just seem so long and when you don't sleep well makes the day even longer....I just hate this anxiety...I tend to feel it most in my stomach and get lots of negative thoughts...as we are on a similar time scale let's keep in touch....how are things with you ?

Your response to this medication is fairly typical. You need an increase in your dose. Trust me. I'm random internet guy.
Honestly though, I've been through it and I know the process and how to beat it.
Just do this: Go to 75mg. You'll have a few good days and then likely it will become worse. If after 2 weeks you feel crappy and anxious, go up to 100mg, if not, stay at 75mg until the inevitable decline happens, and then go to 100mg. Repeat this process as many times as needed. By 150-200mg you will start to forget to take your pills because without even realizing it, you will feel better. Do not stop taking them or think that you are cured. You are not cured.
It took me about 8 months to get to 200mg. Everytime I increased it was a little easier than the last time.
The best advice I can give you is DO NOT FEAR THE INCREASE! The increase is your friend.
Best of luck to you bro.
