When I move my eyeballs left and right, I have a a strong woosh feeling along with vertigo

Whenever I move my eyes (not head) left or right, I have a STRONG woosh feeling that I think is my pulse in my head along with a STRONG feeling of vertigo. When this happens it only lasts less than a second, but I am obviously moving my eyes left to right most of the day. The reason I know that I'm feeling my pulse and that is the woosh that I feel in my head, is because if I leave my eyes to one side, the woosh feeling happens over and over every time my heart beats. This is affecting my life and I don't know if it has to do with strain from my eyes in my head, if its fluid causing it, etc. Off and on this has happened to me over the years for maybe a few minutes, but not as bad as it has been happening lately. Right now it has been happening for 2 days straight and I cant find anyone to help. My PCP has no idea. Imagine moving your eyes the slightest bit and its straight vertigo along with feeling a pounding swoosh in your head. You can see how this is very unsettling. Its hard to drive or just to be able to have fun and do anything anymore.

If anyone has ever came across this or know what it is, I would GREATLY appreciate any help you guys can give.

Thanks in advance, Taylor.

Could be something to do with your ears becoming extremely sensitive to the slightest sound. Yes,they are even hearing your eyes moving. You may benefit from seeing an audiologist or an ENT consultant. Sorry I cant be of more help.
