when I pee I tend to feel a tense construction in my urethra?

I am 17 years old and I seem to have a lot of issues with urinary tract which first occurred when I was 7 but happen more frequently now? Note that I am a virgin and I am not sexually active *no finger, anything anywhere, I feel like I should wait till im older* yet I tend to keep getting this intense feeling when i urinate as if something is pressuring or constructing around my urethra, it doesnt burn when I pee and the only discoloration is from AZO. I personally am to scared to have my vagina touched by doctors seeing as I am very modest and anyone touching my body down there other than myself makes me highly uncomfortable even for medical purposes. I honestly wish i could be more confident to say something to my parents about it but I am to scared too. Only one who I talked about it with was my boyfriend yet even then he can't do much, hes not medically trained or anything and he doesnt have a vagina. Also it seems like i get them more towards when i get my period and they worsen then. What do i do???

I'm sorry to hear about your problem but, unfortunately, I think the only way you'll find out what's going on and get some relief is by seeing a doctor. I know it's scary, the first time I saw a gyno I was an 18 year-old virgin with no experience whatsoever and just the idea of an exam was too much. But I realized the problem wouldn't go away on its own (my mom helped me on that part) and I needed help. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. Try to think of how much better you could feel afterward. Try to talk to a friend/female relative about this and see if she can recommend a doctor, that way you might feel more comfortable at the appointment. And it never hurts to bring someone with you (they don't have too be in the exam room with you) for moral support.

How long have you been taking AZO? These preparations often dont help Urinary problems. They help to disguise the pain but dont cure.
Are you in UK?
