Whenever i have an itch around my vagina, little white balls appear. It looks like little balls of toilet paper, but i don't know what it is.

What you are describing may be something called smegma. Smegma is the buildup of dead skin cells, oil, and other fluids throughout the day. It is opaque and white in color, and is typically found between the folds of the labia. The main function of smegma is to keep the area around the genitals moist and lubricated. It is normal to have some smegma however if it is left to accumulate it can become problematic. When smegma is not removed frequently it may produce an unpleasant odor and cause itchiness.

Smegma is a normal and natural bodily occurrence. Because you don't smell anything you probably only have small amounts of it. It only becomes an issue if you allow it to accumulate.
