When I stand up I go dizzy, then I get a strange warm sensation

That goes down my neck and across the top of my shoulders and collar bone. I know we can't diagnose, but I am going to see my RA Consultant on the 28th of this month so will ask him anyway. Until then though I wondered if anyone else has ever had this and if diagnosed what did they say causes it?
Many thanks in advance

I have had an MRI done on my cervical last September, this was the findings of that .......Findings: Vertebral body alignment, height and marrow signal
are within normal limits. There is no evidence of a
spondyloarthropathy.
.
There are mild degenerative disc changes with minimal right
foraminal narrowing at C3/4, minimal right foraminal
narrowing at C5/6 and minimal left foraminal narrowing at
C6/7. No impingement of the exiting nerve roots. No canal
stenosis. No cord compressive pathology. No intrinsic cord
signal abnormality.
I am guessing I probably need another one done, as these symptoms are new.

You have tiny nerve s in the discs them selfs ,i saw a rheumatologist his report was no nerve compression. I wrote to him and said that had to be the symptoms iam experiencing state other wise. He wrote back and said what the report should have said was no spinal cord compression but the bone spur and bulging disc would irritate the nerves . I was like make u bloody mind up . He said there was no compression in lower spine. Since then I have been referred to a neurosurgeon at a private hospital via the nhs.Accordind to him I do have compression and in my lower bck my siatic nerve is been crushed which explains my symptoms. Always go for a second opinion a neurosurgeon is always ur best best as this is there specialist filled. I had a spinal block no joy made me ill now awaiting surgery. I have suffered yrs tried all sorts of none invasive treatment s. Already had one emergency op in 2013. It pees me of when they say degenerative disc diease is normal for some one of my age (40) I've been suffering since I was 15 . There's nothing normal about it. It may be common but not normally .

Thank you Jessica for your replies. I know what you mean. I will no doubt have tests coming from next weeks appointment. And yes degenerative disc disease I hate it also have psoriatic arthritis which doesnt help and lots more too much to mention going on lol. How can they say its normal?? They do make me laugh sometimes. My old gp told me not to have the op in the 80's if I could live with the pain, well I have done so. It's not been easy as you know yourself. But perhaps I am getting closer to the op now
Thanks again for your replies, hope you get sorted. Please let me know how you get on xxx
