When inactive I get hard bumps on the under-side of my foot. Whats the cause?

I get these hard and solid bumps on the under side of my foot, they occur on the front of my heel(on the inside) and around the middle and sides of my foot(the under side). They dont itch or get red.

When i sit at my desk I get this tightening en swelling feeling on the under side of my foot. That only happens when my leg is pointing down. When laying down the swelling/pain gets less.

I just got it suddenly when doing the same things i always do. I walk around 15k steps on average with normal sneaker.

What is/could be the cause?

Too much walking? Bad footwear? Extra sole needed? Or anything else?

(I dont have diabetes or any other disease)
