When is it time to consider a different med?

Curious what some of your experiences are with this dilemma. I started at 25 back on Jan 6th and upped to 50 on the 10th then to 100 on Feb 20th. I'm not sure it's really helping all that much as mornings seem to be really touchy on the anxiousness front and the past few days it has felt like it's back to sticking around into the late afternoon as opposed to just easing up around when I'd leave for work. My weight also seems to be constantly fluctuating where I'll gain a couple pounds and lose it again a few days later. Also been getting headaches more frequently.
It's definitely helped with the insomnia as I feel like I sleep better but other than that it's just the general "blah"ness I seem to feel otherwise that makes me wonder if I should stick with it or consider trying another ssri. I'm hesitant to jump to 150 as I don't want to worry about severe withdrawal issues if/when I'm able to start trying to get off the sertraline.

Keep us posted! I'd love for that feeling in the morning to go away!

I've definitely had days where I totally thought I was at that point myself only to wake up the next day back to square 1. I have to make a follow up appointment next week to see about either increasing or trying something else. At this point I'm kinda leaning on trying something else but I'm also nervous about the process of tapering off one then getting into another.

That sounds pretty accurate. I'm usually out cold at that point and I take mine a little after midnight.
