When is the best time to take Sertraline

I was on 50 mg for two months and took it at bedtime. The Dr put it up to 75 mg and I took it at am and was tired all day. Should I keep taking it at bedtime

Oh I'm not sure.  I take 100mg in the morning and I'm tired all day but that's what it says to do on th box so I just take it and hope I'll get used to the fatigue

Hi am the same as you was on 75 then put up to 100 I take it about 4 pm in afternoon ...doc said it was ok to do this ...I am drowsy in the morning when I wake up for about an hour then I am fine ...this suits me as I can go about my business during the day as normal

Hiya the only problem with taking in before sleeping is you can get some pretty scray nightmares due to spikes in the medicine.. maybe don't take it at night until youve got used to it a bit first.
