When should I be worried about bumps on groin? Lymph nodes also swollen.

I've had two lymph nodes swollen on my upper thigh/groin region for a few days now (one on the left, one on the right, perfectly symmetrical). Shortly followed by the swelling, I've noticed multiple (three) cysts developing in my scrotal region, all rather close to each other. I'm very used to these cysts as I constantly get ingrown hairs in the area, and many end up turning to cysts. I've seen doctors before and they always tell me not to worry when the bumps have a white, pus-filled, tips. All of these bumps I have do indeed have white tips, they're all red, though not all of them hurt like an infection, some just feel like a mass. Anyways, I am trying to wait a few days to see if it will subside on its own as I'm not interested in going to a doctor's office during pandemic times for a small concern, but if this is something that must be checked out immediately, obviously I will go see a doctor. What do you guys think?
