I take it in the evening too, when I started on it 7 weeks ago I took it in the morning and it made me feel shaky. But no problems with the evening so far!!

Yes,started to feel better after about five weeks but dose was increased from 20 to 30mg. Been back to work two weeks and much better, still have anxious moments but very few side effects. I hope not to be on them for too long though.

    Hi Terry,

The general advice appears to be take it in the morning although, you will also hear that it does not matter when you actually do! I started at lunch time then moved due to feeling (myself) it may be better around evening meal time. However, as I went along this road I found that I was suffering from multiple dreams, and I mean multiple!, if I got up in the night (no matter how many times) I would then return to the same or a different dream! WOW! drove me to - a little despair, to say the very least! A wonderful forumer, here, suggested trying to take it just before bed time and I have to be honest I still dream, but only the odd one and they are not so scary! I get a good nights sleep while Cita does her work.

Remember, we are all different and it may not work for everyone, but it did for me.

Go with the flow, get yer advice here and from yer GP (with they appear to know about Cita) and try it!

    Good luck!

    Regards,

    David
