When trying to concentrate feel like I will pass out and head pressure

i have been experiencing an unblanced feeling and when trying to concentrate like reading a book, paper or like focusing on my computer i start feeling a pain in my head and feel like i will pass out and also a pressure in my head , i tend to feel it more when sitting and relaxing than standing like if i sitdown to look at my phone will feel a pain in my head and feel like i will pass out, and also feel tremors in my hands and feet even my head feels like it tremoring.
Also feel unbalanced vision issues .
i visited the ER after feeling so bad twice and the doctor ran blood tests and checked my body strength he said i was fine and also reviewed my non contrast brain ct scans from 2 months ago and it was normal. i asked if i needed another another ct fearing brain tumor or aneurysm.
he said i also had 3 other brain ct scans from previous hospital visits and also had 3 ct scans for an abdominal issue and a neck ct as well, so i should stop getting anymore. I am worried if all these ct scans can give me a tumor now causing these symptoms.
The ER doctors and family doctor told me its anxiety, i fear its neurological and they said no need for one. I am feeling frustrated as its affecting me from working because i constantly feel like i will pass out and concentration issues. Does anyone with anxiety experience this please reply . Thanks

Hi Tom,
I was having this sort of issue as well. I woke up one day with a headache but it was different than other headaches I've had. Like you, I felt like I couldn't concentrate on anything. Every time I looked at my phone, a book, the tv, my laptop I would feel almost lightheaded and would have to look away and sort of regain myself. I went to the doctor's and mentioned my headaches (on top of other symptoms I've been feeling) and she said it was most likely a tension headache from anxiety. She didn't give me anything for it except some gabapentin to help with my anxiety symptoms although they don't seem to do anything. To this day I still feel the weird pressure in my head and will sometimes get a headache with it. I sit with an ice pack on my head because it seems to help numb it away. The lightheadedness has subsided a bit and I am able to concentrate a little better on things, but still have trouble with it.
But from reading your post, it sounds like yours could be related to anxiety considering you've had all those tests done and they have all come back normal. That should definitely give you some peace of mind but if it'll make you feel better and your doctor allows it, have some more tests done. No harm in that I guess. This isn't a post to tell you what to do because frankly, I don't know what to do either! But you're definitely not the only one feeling this way because I'm currently right there with ya. Hope you do eventually find some relief because it is definitely frustrating.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. The experience sounds awful. If you have had so many scans and tests, you know you are healthy, like what the docs said. But you are convincing yourself otherwise. Those of us with anxiety can create almost any symptom with our minds, then convince ourselves we are unwell. You are healthy. Try reading somewhere relaxing, and in different positions. Don't focus on your symptoms, just on what you are reading. Tell yourself you are fine. If you need to talk to a therapist, that might help too. Hope you start feeling better!
