It’s different for everyone and I think it makes a difference on how much you increase by.  When I increased from 25mg to 50mg,  I didn’t really have many side effects.  When I went from 50mg to 100mg and from 100mg to 150mg the side effects hit me pretty hard.  I know there are some people on here who did not have any side effects after increasing.  Maybe someone else can chime in?

    Sorry... just read title bit!!

I found going from 50 to 75 that I had side effects but not as bad as initial start up of 50 x

Yes sorry about the typo. I upped 8 days ago to 75mg.

I was on 50 for 2 years and then recently upped to 75. Side effects lasted for around 2 weeks but nothing like in the beginning. As others have said, everyone reacts differently though xx

They aren't as bad as they were when I first started but have a little bit of anxiety creep in today. So just wondering if it is normal.

From my personal experience I would say yes, it's normal. I think it's to do with the brain adjusting to the new dosage level.

It will get better although we all know it feels like it's never going to end.

Anxiety is so so tiring xx

Yes anxiety is very tiring. It will get better just keep tugging along one day at a time. 😊
