I've been around the site for a couple of years now, seen various names come and go, just thought I'd ask out of interest....

where do we all live..

    I'm from the USA (had my hip surgery there) but live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

    I'm in Hemel Hempstead, HERTS.

    I'm due for left replacement in November so trying to clear all those jobs I won't be able to do imediatly after the Op.

    hi PETE!

    I'm from NORTH WALES, Caernarfon to be precise. had my new hip on 20th AUGUST and can honestly say it's the best thing I did! I am now getting my life back and walking the dog for a few miles a day and it's blussful! Being almost pain free is such a relief! I would reccommend the op to anyone thinking of going for a THR!!

    go for it! life is once again good!

    United States... New York and Florida, depending on time of the year. Had my THR in Florida January 2018.

    Hi Pete and Everyone

    I live in Northumberland, around a half hour drive to Newcastle city centre.

    Will be having my LTHR on November 6th. Am both looking forward to it it and dreading it. Have been off work for a month now as I need a stick to walk with.
