Where to turn? What to do?

Hi,

I am in a mess, I am a mess, I mess everything up.

Such a long and complicated story...

Don't know where or who to turn to.

Feel angry at and let down by the mental health team.

Struggling to cope 😢

    Yes Kaloui, you must enlighten us of your situation. What ails you? What can we do for you? Nothing lasts forever, you will overcome if you have the strength.
