Which condition can increase monolateral presbyopia?

Hello,

it's now more than one year half that I'm struggling with something happened to my** right eye**. short story I wake up with discomfort, blurry vision, bit darkened too to the right eye only.

Different symptoms followed (ocular pain, burning feel, swollen feeling...). Many many visits after (neurologists, neuro ophtalmologists and of course eye doctors)... I have not many clues, besides a tiny retinopathy (right eye) they swear couldn't be involved in the whole thing (I'll check it further though) and... "borderline" Visual Evoked Potential (more on the normal line but would fit with the pain symptom I had -> though while examining the expanded eye, none noticed nerves issues).

Now the pain is almost (hope) gone (it lasted one month/half in the strongest form).

What I have is this constant feel of a more swollen, different softness of the eye (e.g. shutting both the left feels natural, soft) and... this increased presbyopia (right eye only; kind of double compared to normal left one) with a bit of darkened/yelllowish vision.

Any clues from eye specialists/student?

Note: I unfortunately have hsv2 and hpv... though every doctor couldn't find evidence in the eye.

Thanks in advance, this story is dragging everything (money and energy).
