Which Magnesium Supplement Do You Take?

Hey guys I have been taking magnesium and potassium since I first had an A Fib attack, but I have been taking Magnesium Citrate which I learned is not the best.

I am looking for something that works as per my AliveCor Kardia device, I have been in A Fib frequently the past few evenings.

I want to get the best magnesium in me! What brands can you recommend?? Thank you!

Not answering your question sassysass, but I discovered via a routine blood test at my doctors, that my potassium level was high, just into danger zone. They were quite concerned because excessive potassium apparently causes (or can) arrhythmias. So I had to make some changes to lower my potassium level into range, which we did successfully and another blood test confirmed it.

The doctor told me the potassium level needs to be in range, not low or high.

    I wasn't taking any supplements.

Who told you magnesium citrate is not the best?  There are several choices of forms of magnesium, and most of the newer ones are better than the old magnesium oxide, but even that will do the job, but you might want to take more of it because it's not well absorbed.  Have some almonds, too.
