Yo Folks,

Trying for tips about what are the best teeth whitening products to use?

It is rather hard to come across the right information as far as I can see. One person tells you one thing and a different place tells you something totally different!

And, I thought the smartest thing to do is get real advice from you guys as you could have personal knowledge re these things.

All information will be greatly appreciated.

    I think that if you really want your teeth to be white you should probably consider teeth whitening by lamp. I guess this is the most effective method. I know that there are also some gel overlays that you wear for some time, but I don't know how it works and whether it actually works.

    I would like to suggest tooth whitening products like paste, regular use may show instant result.

    I have heard of people using teeth whitening techniques such as baking soda and peroxide. I do not know how far this is true but I prefer getting my teeth whitened by my dentist, Dr Wolch, the Holistic Dentist in Scarborough on a regular basis. It is the safest way to get it done!
