Which treatment has worked best for your nail fungus?

Which treatment has worked best for your nail fungus? I know that everyone is different but I'd just like to see what treatments have worked well for you? And on top of that which ones haven't worked well for you? I had a nail fungus and used the Fugacil cream for a week and it looked to have gone. My sister, on the other hand, got rid of her toenail fungus for around a week until she discovered a re-infected nail.
