I can't answer your question directly because I had Aquablation, not Turp. But I can tell you that I did have the problem you described and it has gradually gotten better. If it gets worse before it gets better, don't panic (at least before talking to your doctor). I hit rock bottom maybe about five weeks after my procedure. I was actually having accidents all the time and simply bending over to rinse my mouth would cause a mad urge to pee.

I'm almost 10 weeks post-surgery and it has gotten a lot better.

What is your urgency scale numbers of 10 such as 5 of 10, 6 of 10 etc after 10 weeks of the aquablation procedure?

Scale number 0 means no urgency but 10 is the worst.

Well, if 1 is defined as a 56 year old man with a perfect prostate and no other problems in that area, I would say I was maybe a 7 or 8 a month ago. Now, it varies from day to day. On a good day I'm a 3 or 4. Today, I was in the car for a while and strained my bladder a bit so it was not a great afternoon. On the other hand, last night I slept through the night until 20 minutes before I was supposed to wake up anyway. And when I got up I did not feel a great urgency to go to the bathroom.
