White blister on tip of penis and foreshin

Hi,

Four days ago I had unprotected oral from escort and right after I panicked and used a bit of hand sanitized on penis. I am feeling ultra silly for both decisions.

Now I have white blisters on tip of penis and foreskin, please see pics attached. Is this irritated skin or herpes?
