Thank you for responding...I'm wondering does hormone fluctuation has anything to do with it...let me know how things work out..I see a hematologist at the end of the month..take care?

Hi Cathy, I went to see hematologist today and nothing was mentioned about hormone fluctuation.  I did have more extensive bloowork and an ultrasound to check out my spleen.  The doctor did say it can be just the way I am.  Mine was low but not dangerously low.  Let me know how your appointment goes.  I have a follow up in 6 weeks.
