What other symptoms do you have

    • Edited

Hi nothing specially, sometimes is unpleasant on touch and the foreskin is always red ( I do not know if it is because of freezing or something else), you can feel them under the finger and its grainy. Sometimes are itchy and burning but not often. It bothers me the most that you cant see them without rolling skin ( like it is on the pictures above) without that foreskin looks partly normal. I always tough that they are scars or something from freezing with liquid nitrogen, but I am not sure anymore about that.

    Help 😕

Do you clean your penis with soap and shower gel and stuff like that.

So first of all the bubbles as you call them are small spots that are naturally present on the penis - what I think you have going on is a slight irritation to the upper-layer of skin, and the most common source of irritation is soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash - use water only and make sure to dry the inner and outer foreskin when you wash or take a shower ....

Hi thank you for your observation, but I always wash it just with medium hot water without any soap or shower gel and I always dry it with towel. I am not sure that this is an irritation because they appeared a little bit after freezing (with liquid nitrogen). And from time to time you can really feel them under your finger its like rash that never goes away. 😕

    Dear niksha,

Are these 'white bits' located in exactly the same area that the doctor treated you with liquid nitrogen all those years ago? If the answer is YES, then you're probably correct in thinking that it's scarring from the treatment. It does happen and there's not much you can do.

The other possibility is that they are simply Fordyce spots (DermnetNZ for more info), which are simply collections of sebaceous (grease) glands. Not much you need to do about these, either.

    Rgds,

    Adhari

Hi thank you for your answer. It might be a Fordyce spot and scars mixed? Because sometimes it gets bigger and produce a little bit of pain, I am 95% sure that these are not HPV warts because when I was diagnosed with that dermatologist said that if you cant see them with bare eyes they do not exist. And also my girlfriend was on PAPA test and everything is normal, no warts, no illness...

I have seen on this forum same problem as mine, actually he had this bits on the same spot as I do, I doubt that this is coincidence, but there is no answer what is that. So I am pretty much worried about that 😕 I will post his photo so you can compare them.
