I don't know what that is, but it's probably nothing to worry about. I'd get it checked out though. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated. Good luck.

None of us are dry. Go to the dr. If it's cancer, they can stop it now.

Hey, I thought I would post a quick update. I saw a doctor last week and she said it was just a blocked hair follicle. (It has been changing shape and at that time it looked like a zit and she just glanced at it very quickly). I wasn't convinced so I went to another doctor today and she wasn't sure what it was and she gave me a steroid cream to apply for the next couple of weeks. It seems to be getting bigger now.
I will attach an updated picture from today. I'm not really sure if this cream is going to do anything but I will give it a go.

Thanks for the update. I'm not sure how a steroid cream will help, but I'm not sure what else might work either. It may just go by itself. It doesn't seem bigger btw.

I think I'd be looking for a third doctor. Hair follicle where hair doesn't grow? Steroid cream when she didn't know what it is??

I was surprised by that too, but apparently the glans has hair follicles, even though it's mucous tissue.

Hi guys, I thought I would post an update. I have now been rubbing the cream (clobetasone butyrate) on for over a week and the lump is completley gone! I didn't think it would work myself and I already had another doctors appointment lined up that I had to cancel. Most doctors didn't seem to know what it was but I guess it doesn't matter if it is gone now. Of course I am delighted it was that easy to treat. I will just keep a close eye on it over the next month to make sure it doesn't come back.
