White bump on penis shaft

Small white bump on shaft. Attempted to pop it three days ago, nothing came out. It did grow larger though and harder. It was softer and more fleshy before attempting to pop. Does not itch or bother me at all. I've attached a photo from today. I'm concerned but i believe its a Fordyce Spot that popped up. No other new spots have popped up and penis has to be stretched out to get a good view. It is barely noticeable normally.
