i have a white bump on the shaft of my penis, ive popped it before and then it seems to have gotten the tiniest but bigger but then came back down to its original size after a few days, i do masturbate and have sex quite often (with condoms). it appears i can pinch it a little and pull it up with the skin of my penis so its not attached to my actual penis.
