I have had a white lump under one side of the head for many years.

(image taken just now.)

And i have tried to cut it away myself as i have no feeling in the white part so it do not hurt when i cut but it just grows back the same as it was before every time i try.

(pick taken one day after i removed it last time almost a month ago.)

I have tried to remove it 5 times already as the area around and beneath the lump hurts when i get erect sometimes.. i have not checked with a doctor due to how shy i am about being naked around others or talking about it in my own language as it makes me cringe a lot.. and well.. in general i do never ever show myself naked to anyone no matter what and this is the first time i have ever uploaded a nude in general.. i just wanna know what that lump is and how to possibly get rid of it. preferably by myself as i do have enough determination to do it even if it will hurt. i also do make sure to keep the area clean at all time while it heals to avoid infection.

from the images and your conversation it's looks like warts.

don't feel shy of exposing yourself to any health worker. if you cut it off thousand times I will come back thousand times. The cells causing that growth has to be killed by either applying tropical creams or frozen by Nitrogen gas to prevent it from reoccurrence.
