White bumps all over penis

Hi guys ,

Kind of embarassing to post but i get these bumps on my penis every so often , i had intercourse with ym wife yesteday but i feel asleep right after without fully drying under my skin and these appeard today. ive gone to get tested and have came out negatave for all STDs as well as her , i had only one std in my life before i met her and it was chlamidia , im not secually active with multiple people just with my wife , if anyone can help assist to a guide of what this could be or what i could do to remove it or prevent it from coming back would be great , it comes whenever under my foreskin i dont keep dry well . doesnt burn or hurt to pee imageimage
