White bumps in vagina & itchy

My vagina has been quite itchy the last few days and i looked at it today with a hand mirror and i noticed these white bumps all in my vagina cavity going up to my cervix. I feel like it could be a yeast infection but ive never had one before so im not sure. My last sti test was a month ago and I was all clear. Note I had unprotected oral and penetrative sex the other night with my boyfriend. Other symptoms ive had are:

--itchiness on vagina lips and above anal area

--burning from scratching

and ive also had these symptoms but i take anti-depressants and the birth control so it could just be from that

--drowsiness

-thick white discharge (for a few weeks now)

--hard to focus

--decreased sex drive

--possible weight loss

Ive attached images (sorry for the graphic content) but you can kind of see the white substance that is all in my vagina but it was hard to get a better picture. i have a doctors appointment tomorrow booked but i wanted to get some opinions because im very nervous im only 17

    most likely yeast infection!! let us know what doc said so it can help others. im betting it is yeast infec tho

    and with the itching

    does it have an unusual smell?

    Did you find out what it was? It would be very helpful, because I had the same symptoms and did not find out what it was..
