White bumps on Labia Minora. Some please give advice?

imageI'm not sure how long I had this but I just notice this a couple days ago. Ive read about HSV2 but I don't have any flu symptoms, it rarely itches, and it does not burn when I pee. I did just finish my period and I haven't been showering as much as l should during my monthly so I'm not sure if that is a correlation this its been compact all week. Someone please give me insight

    It's probably not HSV if it doesn't tingle, itch or hurt but it's hard to tell from the picture. It could just be VP. Have blood work done to rule out any viruses if you have any worries.

    These look like Fordyce spots, very common in the private area and totally harmless.
