White bumps on lips... are they fordyce spots?

I have noticed these bumps about a month and a half ago.

The single one on the lower lip has been there for a long time, the others I hadn't seen. That does not mean they were not there, just generally don't pay that much attention to my lips.

I have a vague feeling they have grown, albeit very little recently and not sure if it is my paranoia or the heat.

Am going to schedule a doctor appointment, but they are currently on vacation and I feel I am growing more anxious by the day.

    They are totally harmless and normal Fordyce spots. Similar to the Fordyce spots you get on your vulva. they dont need any treatment unless they become excessive.If you have greasy skin or a high fat diet they can become more obvious but they look OK to me.
