White bumps on vagine opening

Sorry for posting yet another bumps on vagina thread but I've looked through most of the existing posts and haven't found anything similar.

About a week ago I felt some bumps right on the opening of my vagina.

Had a little check and they are exactly that, just white bumps, kinda look like skin tags. I spoke to a doctor but I couldn't get a good photo at the time and she said to just call back if they don't clear up soon.

I'm really worried they are warts but have a feeling it may be a yeast infection. I noticed them a few days after sex and have only had the one partner in the last month or so. A bit of lube got down there and I had a little mishap when wiping my other area, not sure if either have anything to do with it?

I've barely noticed they're there but the past couple days they have felt a bit more tender than they did when I first found them and I think there is more discharge (hard to tell if its just from normal horny-ness and the fact I'm due on my period)
