white burning spots on vagina

ive been having extreme vaginal pain around the opening of my vagina feeling like stinging, burning, and its even felt raw for 4 months now, gyno cleared me for all stis and prescrived me with lidocaine and this happened after i used it for the first time?? it feels like it gave me blisters and they sting so bad when i pee and i cant even wipe comfortably, what should i do? and if its not blisters from lidocaine what else could it be? ):

    it might be an allergic reaction caused by the lidocaine or something else

    I agree, it's most probably an allergic contact dermatitis. Do not use the product again. You can relieve the pain with cold compress or cold sitz bath and take antihistamine such as Benadryl. The symptoms can last a few days/weeks since you were already irritated and genitals skin takes longer to heal. Avoid tight clothing and panties. You should notify your doctor.

    Also, did your doctor test you for yeast?
