White caffe latte like discharge when urinating, anybody else?

Hello, I’m a male in my 20s and was wondering if anybody else experiences white discharge when urinating? I see this white discharge that circulates and moves on top of the urine, it reminds me of the way milk swirls on top of caffe latte. Anybody has any idea what this is? It tends to happen if I move a bit the “wrong” direction when urinating, which puts some pressure I guess. It also happens if I urinate after having urges.
