Hi Ethan I'm not sure what they might be I'd like to have it checked with your doctor or dermatologist.
Have you had them for long?

i only noticed them about 2/3 months ago but googled possible reasons (always a bad idea, trust a GP) and found pretty much no harmful things it could be so i decided to wait and see if anything changed but I've decided even if its jot harmful there's still no point doing nothing about it when i can just see a GP

Yeah it would be best to have it checked with your doctor you have it long enough now and it hasn't gone away. It could be lichen sclerosus or BXO but it hard to tell from your photo.

@Ivank11 you are really possessed by LS/ BXO also @danildex it seems like addiction. Dont scare people, please. It doesnt true, that if there is some white skin, that it is LS.
@ethan78095 I think that it is annular PPP on shaft. Dont worry.

Hi evzen I'm not trying to scare people here!! I know that every white mark on a penis is not always LS they are several conditions that looks very similar.
Most guys come here for some help and advice I always say to get it checked with your doctor because it is the most important advice you can given. If it's something simple then it can be treated successfully and if it's something more serious like LS treatment can begin as early as possible.
I'v seen to many causes where guys leave it to long before they see there doctor I hope in OP (Ethan) case he sees his doctor and it is something simple and easily treated! I hope he comes back with an update to us.

on my way back from the doctors now, and he told me in his own words "that's just how the skin is, don't worry about it" so im glad that that is over and its piece of mind even if i was worrying for nothing
