Okay so i have these white dots on my vagina lip and it doesnt hurt at all they dont have heads or burn or anything but i was on my period and i was cleaning up and noticed these spots on my vagina like they dont hurt or anything but i do have a skin condition called lichen sclerosis and like i dont know what to do like it doesnt hurt or burn but i do have a UTI but ya also sorry about the blood on the ragimage
