White, dry, flaky spot on penis shaft. Is it a STI? Something to be worried about?

Hi,

I noticed a single, white spot on my penis 4-5 days back. The day before, I had masturbated twice in quick successions. Also wanna add that I did had unprotected sex 3-4 months ago.

Here are the images:

Now coming to the spot. It's weird and not very apparent when I'm hard. Have never had anything like that before. It's dry. I tried rubbing it off with water like I'd do with dead skin. But then it turned into a white ring of sorts with a small dot in the middle. It itches a little bit.

Apart from all that, I do feel an overall increase in itching around my groin area, and a sharp, pinching pain in my shaft for a few secs ever since I noticed this spot. The pain is not unbearable and happens only a few times in the day, but it is noticeable.

I do plan on getting myself tested for STIs but have been putting it off cuz of the pandemic. So does it seems like serious or urgent?

it could be a male yeast infection but its always best to go to the doctors anyway. yearly sti tests should really be done by everyone to make sure.

It has subsided a little bit since last night. And yeah, I'll get myself tested in the next couple of weeks. Just wanted to see if it's something serious or not.
