White dry lines on Penis

I have a skin disease all over my body. I had a skin biopsy in January 2021 and was diagnosed with LPP. I took dapson+ isotino+vitamin E and evening primrose oil tablets +MMF lotion altogether as a treatment. Unfortunately it didn't help. Now my doctor is confused whether it's Keratosis Pilaris or LPP. This treatment made my skin condition even worse than before. Some time ago I noticed changes on my Penis skin as well. It has become very thin and dry and dark in colour There are three visible white dry lines on Penis. I am very concerned if it's serious issue or not. If anyone has any kind of experience with this, please let me know your thoughts.

I went to dermatologist. He told me it's lichen planus of penis and prescribed me (MMF) mometasone furoate 0.1 w/w cream. Is there anyone with similar condition or past experience with this ?

Hi!
I have a situation of dry penis glans, not exactly like yours, but with a kind of halo (light pink/white) under the skin of the penis head that seems to be more "rigid" of the rest of the skin. I was supposing about lichen planus too, but dermatologist just have ruled out any type of skin pathology, including Lichen and Psoriasis, but I don't know what it could be, nor what to think, it's been a year or more that I'm having worsening, even if now the situation seems stable and the penis practically almost normal, only I notice substantial differences, since I know my body well. Did the situation start directly with you as you can see in the picture? Or did you initially have other symptoms? I would be happy if we could confront each other, if you want I will also tell you my story.

hey .. I'm glad that you replied to my post. I can't understand your situation fully as you haven't attached any pics, but I can assume that you are also facing dryness with may be some pigmentation.
In my case as I mentioned in the post, I'm suffering from a skin disease all over my body and the more I try to fix it by taking prescribed medications more worse it becomes. It's some form of lichen planus or keratosis pilaris.
So my doctor telling me this white lines on penis is lichen planus is no surprise for me. I actually noticed it 1-2 months ago, but thought it's just dryness and will go away on it's own. But as it's still there I visited doctor today and came to know about LP.
Happy to talk with you regarding our discomforts.. These disses suck, and dealing with it takes a toll on mental health. I am feeling intense stress nowadays. Don't know when will it stop ..

Sorry if I answered late, if you want you can also send me a message in private. My "problem" is that the penis seems almost normal, only to my eyes it looks different because I know how it was before and how it is now, even if psychologically I feel very affected by this problem and I cannot understand if it is also affecting me. on the vision of the problem.
As for the rest of my body, I have psoriasis located under the soles of both feet, but I have no other skin problems elsewhere. This made me believe that I also had a problem on the penis, to be honest I was very afraid of Lichen Sclerosus, which was diagnosed by a dermatologist and excluded by 8 other doctors, the fact is that I cannot identify the problems that I afflict.
I come from Italy and I am 27 years old.
I swear to you, I also went to the psychologist to solve these problems, but I really don't know how to deal with it anymore.
I would just like to heal.
