White head/small white head on bottom of Penis head any ideas or similar circumstances?

Hello just recently I discovered two very small flattish white dots on the head of my penis next to where my frenulum connects to my head. I'm unsure if I have always had them there due to the location being somewhere I don't normally look (underside of the head of penis) I only discovered it a few weeks ago and just chalked it up it as pearlys. I've been sexually active with 4 females with on and off again condom uses with 3 of them then 1 condoms the whole time out of concern for her safety. I'm unsure when the small white head looking flat bumps showed up just concerned now. I'm gonna to try and see a doctor but just concerned for my current Girlfriends sake since we had unprotected sex before I noticed the bumps.

No pain that I noticed But today they did look like a small canker sore today. Slightly raised as well when I look from the side of my penis head

Sounds like they could be "Tyson's glands", which are a normal variation.  It's hard to say without a pic though.

If you want to add a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Unfortunately not on PC today if I'm unable to make it to the Dr today I'll post later they went from tiny little flattish white bump to a small canker sore looking thing though.

Unlikely to be anything dangerous or infectious

I doubt these are marks that result from anything infectious.

I'd hope not for my sake and my Gfs sake since she was the only person I've had unprotected sex with before I noticed the bumps.
