White itchy spots on the outside labia, what could they be? PICTURE INCLUDED

4 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with an ex boyfriend, 2 days later i got infected with the flu virus and went to see the doctor. He prescribed me antibiotics as i also had a throat infection, 3 days after visiting the doctor i got a yeast infection from taking the antibiotics. The yeast infection has cleared but now i have these white lesions, they are not painful, only when they are touched and they also itch alot. HAS ANYONE HAD THESE BEFORE? I AM SCARED, your feedback will be appreciated.image
