White lesions / spots on foreskin

Posted , 5 users are following.

Hi everyone - I've had these white spots / lesions on my foreskin for around 2 years now (two large ones, per the photo, and a few smaller ones) and they haven't gone away or changed much over the years. I've visited 3 GPs, 2 of whom said it was nothing and one who said it was pearly papules (not sure I agree but I'm not the expert!).

Recently I've noticed a few more smaller ones pop up in different parts of my foreskin so I've become quite worried.

Has anyone encountered this / know what this could be? It's taken a lot for me to reach out for help but hope someone can help. Thank you.image

Thanks for the replies guys. As a quick update, I went to another doctor yesterday and was told (again) that these are nothing to be worried about. I had a member kindly reach out via PM and mentioned he has something similar (and that they may be Fordyce Spots) so it's comforting to know I'm not the only one...!

Some further background, I've had checks done for STIs (urine / blood) and everything came back negative so don't believe it's related to that. Will keep searching for answers but try not to do my head in, in the process. Any other experience / feedback would be very welcome - thank you all for your help.

Hi - quick update - this has remained unchanged (hasn't improved or become worse). Feels like it's probably just fordyce spots.

i also have the similar white lesions / spots under the foreskin for last 6 months. last month single tiny white dot appeared on the outer foreskin (couple of places). its started after fixed drug eruption at glans due to amoxillin or ibuprofen. after i applied steriod cream, i got this white lesion. my dermatalogist told me that its milia cyst.
